What I Learned Today #7

Today I learned that crossing my fingers and *hoping* that it's not icy outside is really not much of a safety precaution when planning to go jogging. I also learned that once you get outside and start jogging and you realize that you're jogging on a skating rink on a 45 degree decline, you should really just throw in the towel and go home instead of being ridiculously stubborn and again *hoping* that you won't slip and fall on the ice... but of course then slipping and falling on the ice and hurting your knee which could hinder any possible jogs in the near future when the ice may actually be melted.
